Will TARS cease reporting leave balances and usage when the UCPath portal begins to do so?
No, TARS will continue to show leave balance information.
What is happening to employee deductions for the credit union (Schools First)?
Existing Schools First Federal Credit Union deductions will automatically be converted to one of the three direct deposit options in UCPath effective January 2, 2018 (monthly paid employees); and January 10, 2018 (biweekly paid employees). Future Credit Union deductions (expanded to all credit unions and financial institutions) will be initiated by the employee through the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal starting January 2, 2018 when the portal is available.
Where will undeliverable paper checks be returned to (Return to Sender)?
Undelivered checks will be returned to the UCPath Center.
Will direct deposit transfer over automatically?
I don’t receive a paper check – what do I need to do?
If you are already signed up for direct deposit there is no further action for you to take. When UCPath goes live, you will have the option to add up to three banks for direct deposit.
What is going to happen to AYSO?
We will be moving to UCPath Portal for most activities, however AYSO will still be the place to go for beneficiary designations, W2’s (before 2018) and retirement benefit questions. For more information click here.
Can I print my paystub when AYSO is view only?
Yes. You can view and print your paystub.
Who are we supposed to contact?
Contact your supervisor, your unit’s Shared Service Center, the UCR Payroll office, or the UCPath Portal “Ask Us” button.
