What is Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)?
TAM is an internationally used delivered PeopleSoft module that will allow UCR to manage an additional component of the employment lifecycle - recruitment - in one system providing users with one platform with which to engage. TAM will replace UCR's current applicant tracking system, iRecruit, and is designed to expedite and standardize the hiring process. TAM allows for creating job posting, managing and screening applicants, as well as approving and delivering job offers within a single application.

When Will TAM Launch?
UCR will implement TAM along with the next group of locations scheduled for a March 2019 deployment.
